Hegra Rail LTH
Rigid and full extension ball slide for heavy load.
- 2 sizes available: 30 (section 30×20 mm) and 45 (45×26 mm)
- Fast assembly thanks to an optimised interface (number of screws deducted for slide mounting) and all the more so as the length is large
- S” version with reinforced and damped stainless steel stops (suitable for dynamic applications with shocks)
- Stroke can be adapted on request according to requirements. Please note that the load-carrying capacity values are modified as a result
- Rigid slide due to its design: Intermediate element with beam profile type IPN ultra-rigid
- Suitable for moderate manual operation, without impacts
During the design phase, ensure that the fixing holes on both sides of the slide are accessible for easy assembly
Wide operating temperature range from -20 to +170°C excluding options and accessories. For the LTH…S version: -20 and +50°C
Very good mist resistance which can be improved with zinc-nickel coating and stainless steel balls (optional)
