Rigid and compact in-height ball slide with full-extension.
- Clearance-free steel slide over the entire stroke
- Versions with double stroke ( DE…D), synchronized extension (DE43…Z), with reinforced and damped stop (DE…S)
- Designed for demanding applications (high loads and speeds, shocks, crash tests…) thanks to its hardened raceways
- The only industrial slides on the market allowing a calculation of product life
- Rail and slide in high performance cold drawn steel for optimization of mass and inertia
- Excellent quality of movement even under load
- Suitable for automatic cycles at high speeds (Vmax up to 0.8 m/s)
- The stroke can be adapted on request as required. Please note that this will change the load capacity values
- During the design phase, ensure that the fixing holes on both sides of the slide are accessible for easy assembly
- Flat mounting configuration possible (axial load capacity values / pairs)
- End stops outside the slide recommended for high load cases
Wide operating temperature range from -20 to +170°C. For version DE…S: -20 and +50°C.
